Our story began after I decided to shift careers from being a Food & Beverage Manager in renowned five-star hotel chains (including Hilton, Holiday Inn, Hyatt, and Metropole) to becoming a private business owner with my brother and partner Mr. Mohamed Abdel Razek. I aspired to combine my academic studies in Tourism & Hotel Management with my experience in the hotel field, thus, Islamic Trading & Supplying Co. (ISL Co.) was founded in January 1984.
I have to admit that during my long years of experience, our road to success wasn’t always easy. It was a bumpy journey, and we couldn’t have done it without GOD’s blessings and the perseverance of our team in addition to my family support. Given all the obstacles we faced, we managed to set a benchmark in the market for better quality catering services for the niche industries we are in.
